Fintokei Rules and Regulations

News Trading

• Its allowed, but Demo account results can be different from real account results.
• This usually happens during big news or low market activity.

Multiple Profiles

• You can’t create more than one profile.

Minimum Trading Days

• You must not complete the minimum trading days using only small trades.

Over Leveraging

• Placing large random trades without a clear strategy is not allowed.

Shared Devices

• You can’t trade for multiple users using the same electronic device.

Unauthorized Third-Party Payment

• No one else can pay for your Fintokei service, no matter the payment method. This is strictly not allowed.

IP Address Use

• You can’t use IP addresses from different countries or hide your IP when using Fintokei demo accounts.

Maximum Allowed Risk

• You can’t risk more than 3% of your account on open trades. Risk is based on visible Stop Loss or Value at Risk (VaR), whichever is lower.

Profit Target

• You must not reach the profit target with just one trade or a few trades in a single day.

Consistency Rules

• You must use Stop Losses.
• There are limits on risk per trade, per account, or per day.
• Maximum daily profit is capped.
• Maximum daily loss is capped.
• Leverage may be reduced.
• Maximum lot size per day is limited.
• Trading may be restricted during news events.
• You must follow the 40% Consistency Rule for payout eligibility.
• You must follow the Net Positive Payout policy for payouts.
• Dynamic Performance Rewards apply as per FPP Terms.

Copy Trading

• You can copy trades between your own accounts.
• If your main account is outside Fintokei, you must prove ownership.
• Copying trades from others is not allowed.

EAs (Expert Advisors)

• Allowed but not for third-party copying, auto evaluations, exploiting bugs, martingale, scalping, arbitrage, or hedging.

Minimum Trading Days

• Swift Trader: 0 days
• Start Trader & Pro Trader: At least 3 profitable days

Maximum Order Size

• FX: 100 lots
• Gold, Silver, Oil: 100 lots
• XPD, XPT, NGAS: 20 lots
• CFD Indices: 20 lots

Inactivity Rule

• Accounts will be marked inactive after 30 days with no trading.
