Blue Guardian Rules and Regulations

News Trading

• Allowed with restriction: 5 minutes before and after high-impact news only.
• News trading is allowed in all evaluation programs without any restriction.
• News trading is allowed in Guardian X and all instant programs without restriction.

Risk Management

• Risking 3–4% on a single trade with high margin and no stop-loss is not allowed.
• Taking big risks during news is prohibited.
• A "Boom or Bust" approach relying on one big trade or series of news-based trades—is not allowed.

All or Nothing

• “All or Nothing” trading is not allowed.
• Big risk-taking during news events is not allowed.
• Using one strategy during the evaluation and a different one when funded is not allowed.

Drawdown Adjustment Rule for 1 Step, Guardian X, and Instant Accounts

• When you reach 6% profit, the 6% trailing drawdown resets to your starting balance.
• You must keep at least 1% profit in the account to continue trading.
• Withdrawing all profits will result in account closure.

Consistency Rule

• Instant Funding Accounts: Your best trading day must be less than 20% of total profits to request a payout.
• Guardian X: One trading day cannot be 20% or more of the total profits.
• Instant Funded Starter: One trading day cannot be 15% or more of the total profits.

Guardian Shield

• In funded stage, if your open trades lose 2% of the initial balance, Guardian Shield may close them.
• 1st breach: Profit split drops to 50%.
• 2nd breach: Account is breached and closed.

Minimum Trading Days

• You must trade at least 5 days in all phases.
• Each of those days must have at least 0.5% profit.
• The 5 days don’t have to be consecutive.

Instant Starter Program

• Only one payout is allowed.
• Once the payout is made, the account will be breached (closed).

Inactivity Rule

• All accounts will be deactivated after 30 days of no trading activity.
